Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage high-touch, complex client programs while helping us build out Gemnote’s account management team. You’ll own relationships with global brands, deliver world-class merch and gifting programs, and drive year-over-year growth.

Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients, managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
Build strong executive-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and growth.
Oversee end-to-end program execution from concept through global fulfillment.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver innovative, high-quality products.
Identify upsell opportunities and expand key accounts.
Provide reporting and insights on ROI and brand impact.
Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for account management.
Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and growth targets while mentoring future hires.

You would be a good fit for this role if you have:

8+ years in enterprise account management, client services, or sales (preferably in swag, merch, branding, or gifting).
Proven success managing Fortune 500 or complex accounts.
Experience building or scaling account management processes in a growth-stage company.
Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and executive communication ability.
Familiarity with sourcing, production, compliance, and large-scale fulfillment.
Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
