Responsibilities:

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to convert warm, inbound leads into happy, long-term customers. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience and a strong understanding of branding, promotional marketing, or corporate gifting. Overall responsibilities include closing deals and managing the full inbound sales process.

Remote Role (US only)

  • Handle inbound leads via email, phone and chat, guiding potential customers through the sales process
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs and recommend the best promotional product solutions
  • Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide curated recommendations and creative ideas for branded swag and merchandise
  • Follow up on inquiries and proposals to move deals forward
  • Work closely with design, sourcing and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and smooth project execution
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential repeat customers by delivering exceptional service

You would be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in promotional products, merchandise, e-commerce or B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of branding, promotional marketing, or corporate gifting is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with a persuasive, consultative selling approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inbound inquiries and follow-ups
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM software, email automation tools and online quoting systems
  • Experience working with startup and tech companies is a bonus
  • Goal-oriented, competitive and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
