Our expert team helps you curate, source, warehouse, fulfill and ship your branded merchandise and company swag, so you don't have to lift a finger. Our clients love our full-service platform and they are some of the biggest companies in the world, including Airbnb, Google, Meta, Slack, Netflix and more.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Marketing/Brand department, you'll support concepting and design for Gemnote's clients in the tech, beauty and media space. You'll work closely with our sales and design teams to help create concepts for client marketing campaigns that require merchandise. You should feel comfortable collaborating with others, receiving feedback and contributing to building a recognizable brand.

  • Study design briefs and support in determining requirements for each project
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements with guidance from the team
  • Prepare mood boards, mockups and proofs to present to clients
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters, photographers and managers to produce final designs
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Edit, iterate and present designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand with Gemnote and clients
  • Manage individual tasks and timelines to support project milestones

You're a good fit if you're eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment. You have a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to take creative direction while also bringing your own ideas to the table.

  • 1–3 years experience as a brand or graphic designer (internships or freelance work included)
  • A strong portfolio of graphics, illustrations and other work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Pacdora, Canva and familiarity with AI tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • You work well in a collaborative setting and welcome feedback openly
  • Ability to manage your own tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating async with a distributed team
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
