Responsibilities:

We receive a steady flow of inbound leads from businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including some of the most innovative brands. We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive with promotional products experience to convert warm leads into happy, long-term customers.

  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads from prospective SMB clients in a timely manner.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, consultation, quoting, proposal, and close.
  • Identify client needs and provide strategic branded merch solutions using deep product expertise.
  • Build trust with buyers through creative thinking, product knowledge, and brand alignment.
  • Prepare and present proposals that align with client goals, budgets, and branding.
  • Close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track all interactions in the CRM and manage sales automations for warm leads not yet ready to convert.
  • Use email templates, sequences, and workflows to maintain prospect engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless production and fulfillment after closing deals.

  • 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry (distributor, supplier, or agency).
  • Proven success in consultative sales or account management, ideally within an SMB or high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of branded merchandise, product sourcing, and decoration methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative selling style.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and presentation tools.
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inbound inquiries and follow-ups.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
