Inside Sales Representative (Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative who is eager to join a lean, highly-productive and motivated team. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience and a history of meeting or exceeding quotas. Overall responsibilities include closing deals and managing order production for small-to-mid market opportunities.
Contract Remote Role (US only)
- Close sales and overcome any objections; achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Qualify and engage new inbound customers with follow-up strategy for ideal leads
- Create sales proposals by proposing gift ideas, providing expertise on products, and communicating timelines upfront
- Manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery, ensuring a smooth process throughout
- Become a product expert within promotional space to provide high-level of customer service
- Advocate for customers cross-functionally, and translate business/product needs to internal teams
YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1-2 years sales experience
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Be resilient, creative and resourceful in employing sales strategies
- Eager and excellent work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing startup; ability to wear multiple hats
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other project management tools
