Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


Once we receive all your inventory in our warehouse, we'll can send out your gifts within 1-2 business days. Fulfillment times vary for large orders.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse/fulfillment center in CA with estimated delivery times below.

Domestic Shipments

We ship via USPS and FedEx for all domestic packages. Costs* range from $8-$20 for our standard shipping box: 12" x 9" x 6".

  • USPS Priority (1-4 days)
  • FedEx Ground (3-5 days)
  • FedEx Express (1-2 days)

International Shipments

We ship via DHL and USPS for all international packages. Costs* range from $35-$60 for our standard shipping box: 12" x 9" x 6".

  • DHL Express (3-5 days)
  • USPS Priority International (1-2 weeks)

International delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to customs. Additional fees may be incurred for package clearance.

*Estimated costs will change based on box dimensions, weight and delivery location. Shipping is billed after your order is complete, or monthly for users on the subscription plan.


Order Returns

Non-custom purchases may be returned within 30 days. The items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed.

  • A 25% restocking fee is applied for blank returns that are not resellable (i.e. unique products that are custom-created for your company)
  • A 10% restocking fee is applied to resellable items. Customized items cannot be returned

Returned Packages

  • If your order was undeliverable, you can contact our support team ( and provide a valid address for reshipment
  • You can also request to add these items to your store inventory or we can ship them to your office(s) Please note, additional shipping charges will apply
  • We will hold inventory for up to 30 days, and any items stored here after this time will be donated, or disposed of if items are customized


If you place an order and request to exchange the product after 48 hours or post-production, a 10% restocking fee is charged for resellable items. For items that are not resellable, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Customized items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged Products

We stand by the quality of our products and service at Gemnote. If you receive an item that has manufacturer defects or has been damaged during transit, we will gladly refund or replace items upon review. For any defective/damaged customized products (imprint, embroidery, screen-print, etching, laser), Gemnote will refund you for the cost of the item minus shipping.

All requests are carefully reviewed and refunds/replacements are made on a case-by-case basis. Please send a photo to with a brief description of the problem and we'll get back to you!
