Gemnote is a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed startup that helps companies with all their premium gifting needs. We handle everything from curating and sourcing to wrapping and shipping. Our clients love our full-service gifting platform and they are some of the biggest companies in the world, including Google, Box, Salesforce, Starbucks and more. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about quality, design and great gifts! This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of deal execution via inbound leads and outbound prospecting to grow pipeline of new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders and grow new revenue from businesses of all sizes
  • Construct, forecast, track and manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue and company goals on a quarterly basis
  • Understand client needs and help shape product roadmap by surfacing feedback to internal teams
  • Perform product demos and close all qualified leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with all levels of target organizations, operational teams and developers to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting via Salesforce

You would be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum 3 years of closing sales experience
  • Strong negotiating/closing skills and track record of top performance
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Respect for the creative process and a passion for quality products and design
  • Eager and excellent work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing startup
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
